We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator/Receptionist to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact by answering and directing approximately 20 phone calls per day.Manage general office operations, including stocking inventory and maintaining technology.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scan documents, and perform other administrative tasks.Organize and coordinate ad hoc activities such as team lunches and internal events.Support accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) reconciliation processes, if experienced.Assist with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Essential SkillsAdministrative supportData entryCustomer serviceAdditional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in office administration or receptionist duties preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Comfortable working in a client-facing role.Tech-savvy and resourceful in maintaining office equipment and systems.Work EnvironmentThis position requires working 100% onsite, ensuring a dynamic and interactive work environment that fosters collaboration and efficiency.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
