The Office Administrator is the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow and supporting our agents so they can focus on serving clients. This role combines front desk reception, transaction coordination, and marketing support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n- Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism.\n- Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings for agents.\n- Prepare, process, and track real estate documents (contracts, disclosures, leases).\n- Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with state regulations.\n- Assist with creating and posting property listings on MLS and social media.\n- Prepare flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.\n- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.\n- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper).\n- Coordinate open houses and client events.\n- Provide administrative support to agents and brokers as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications\n- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).\n- Prior experience in real estate, office administration, or customer service is a plus.\n- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.\n- Excellent written and verbal communication.\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with real estate software (MLS, CRM) preferred.\n- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.\n- Customer-focused mindset and team-oriented attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
