About the Role

As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the office—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so your agents can focus on delivering exceptional service. This hybrid role blends front desk reception, transaction coordination, and marketing support.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmthManage phone calls, emails, and client inquiriesSchedule appointments, property showings, and meetingsPrepare and track real estate documents (contracts, disclosures, leases)Maintain organized and compliant client filesAssist with MLS listings and social media postsDesign flyers, brochures, and marketing materialsOrder and manage office supplies and equipmentCoordinate open houses and client eventsProvide general administrative support to agents and brokers

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience in real estate, office administration, or customer service is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MLS and CRM systems preferredDiscreet and professional when handling sensitive informationTeam-oriented with a client-first mindset

 Experience Level

Intermediate – ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in administrative support and a desire to grow in the real estate industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
