Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our HR team as an entry-level HR Administrator. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in Human Resources and looking to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: + Help maintain employee records and update HR files. + Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding tasks. + Support scheduling interviews and meetings. + Answer basic employee questions or direct them to the right person. + Help with organizing HR documents and reports. + Perform general administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry. Essential Skills: + Data entry + Administrative support + Customer service + Microsoft Office + HR administration Additional Skills & Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; some college or HR coursework is a plus. + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). + Good communication and organizational skills. + Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Work Environment: In office - working closely alongside the HR manager. The environment encourages growth and offers the opportunity to become a long-term part of the team. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orrville, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
