Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator responsible for distributing mail, organizing folders using Microsoft Office, and fostering a team-friendly environment for colleagues and customers. Additionally, this individual will manage the pantry and ensure that paper and miscellaneous supplies are consistently stocked.
Responsibilities
+ Distribute and sort mail accurately and efficiently.
+ Organize and maintain folders using Microsoft Office.
+ Create and maintain a welcoming and collaborative team environment.
+ Manage pantry supplies and ensure items are restocked as needed.
+ Provide exceptional customer service to visitors.
+ Oversee general office management tasks.

Work Environment
The Office Administrator will primarily work in the mailroom and throughout the office, operating onsite from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The dress code includes casual attire with jeans permitted on Fridays, excluding ripped jeans.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
