Job Description
The OFCI Material Manager at Tesla is responsible for overseeing the planning, warehousing, and delivery of materials for various programs, including the launch of new products like Optimus. This role involves supporting the prototype, pre-production builds, and SOP phase of a program until the successful transition to sustainment planning. The manager is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on demand, and ensuring accurate material status presentation in weekly program/executive meetings. The position requires a collaborative and team-oriented attitude, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.
