We are seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist to join our colloabortive rehab team at M Health Fairview Clinic in New Hope!
Our rehab teams partner to provide outpatient, multi-specialty therapy services to the northwest Twin Cities metro area. Preferred candidate will have experience with providing feeding services. Where feeding experience is limited, Fairview offers mentoring and development opportunities for professional growth. In collaboration with patients and families, the occupational therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
FTE 0.3, authorized for 24 hours per pay period.Schedule: Afternoon/evening hours are preferred and opportunity to pick up additional shifts, as available. Opportunity for paid continuing education credits!Fairview Rehabilitation offers a range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.

Responsibilities
Required
Occupational Therapy Licensure in State of Minnesota or temporary license in State of Minnesota
Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Preferred
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Feeding experience
1+ year(s) of pediatric OT experience
Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
