Location: Trinity, FL
Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 8–7, Tuesday: 8–12, Thursday & Friday: 8–5
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000/year (based on experience)
Incentives: $20,000 sign‑on bonus + $350/month student loan repayment

 

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic center in Trinity, FL. Our clinic treats a broad range of upper‑extremity diagnoses, including tendon injuries, sprains and strains, post‑operative fractures, and other complex hand and wrist conditions. Splinting experience is preferred. We welcome new graduates with Level II fieldwork in hands as well as experienced hand therapists. Comprehensive mentorship is available, including structured development toward CHT certification.

 

You will work in a well‑equipped facility alongside leading hand surgeons, utilizing evidence‑based interventions and individualized treatment programs as part of our nationally recognized Hand Therapy team.

Responsibilities Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programActive national registration and state licensure (required at start)Current CPR certificationValid state driver’s licenseCompletion of Level II fieldwork in hand therapy or prior experience as a hand therapy clinician
