**Overview** **Position:** Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapist **Location:** Trinity, FL **Schedule:** Monday & Wednesday: 8–7, Tuesday: 8–12, Thursday & Friday: 8–5 **Compensation:** $75,000–$90,000/year (based on experience) **Incentives:** $20,000 sign‑on bonus + $350/month student loan repayment Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time **Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapist** to join our outpatient orthopedic center in Trinity, FL. Our clinic treats a broad range of upper‑extremity diagnoses, including tendon injuries, sprains and strains, post‑operative fractures, and other complex hand and wrist conditions. Splinting experience is preferred. We welcome **new graduates with Level II fieldwork in hands** as well as experienced hand therapists. Comprehensive mentorship is available, including structured development toward **CHT certification** . You will work in a well‑equipped facility alongside leading hand surgeons, utilizing evidence‑based interventions and individualized treatment programs as part of our nationally recognized Hand Therapy team. Apply today and join a growing, collaborative team committed to excellence in hand therapy. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers. + Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. + Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
