Position: Registered Nurse
Location: 21 Enterprise Drive, Augusta
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Shift: Days (M-F)
What You'll Do:
Conducts health screenings. Tracks and performs required immunizations and testing.Provides treatment for job-related injuries and illnesses. Ensures compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations.Provides review and case management services to employers regarding their employees who require outside medical attention for job-related injuries.Provides employee counseling and referrals for occupational injuries and illnesses, as well as substance abuse, domestic violence, and other health-related matters.What You Bring:
Maine State Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Maine, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely fashion, is required.RN Experience: At least 1 year of clinical RN experience, preferably in occupational health, emergency room, urgent care, or other healthcare settings that involve injury management and patient assessment.In-depth Knowledge of Workplace Safety: Familiarity with OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and workers' compensation processes, ensuring that all care provided aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.Why Join MaineGeneral?
