Required Skills: 

3-5 years of technical writing experience within an RFP process. Experience with procurement artifacts (RFIs, RFPs, ITQs, contracts). Exceptional writing abilities. Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, understandable requirements. Strong organization skills, attention for detail, communication skills and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work individually or as part of a team. Ability to work independently and conduct research with minimal guidance and supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion. Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. Experience including accessibility requirements when sourcing and procuring technology resources. Project Management experience.
