Our client, banking domain, is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join their team. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Microsoft Office 365 implementation project within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects in a financial institution or a comparable industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Microsoft 365 implementation, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: + Project Planning and Execution: + Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the Microsoft 365 implementation. + Ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. + Stakeholder Management: + Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations. + Provide regular updates to senior management and project sponsors on project progress. + Team Leadership: + Lead a cross-functional project team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. + Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. + Risk Management: + Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. + Proactively address issues to prevent project delays or setbacks. + Vendor Management: + Collaborate with Microsoft 365 service providers and vendors. + Ensure that vendor deliverables align with project goals and meet quality standards. + Quality Assurance: + Implement robust testing procedures to guarantee the functionality and security of Microsoft 365 applications. + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. + Training and Change Management: + Develop and execute a comprehensive training program for end-users. + Facilitate change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to Microsoft 365.
