**Job Description** 岗位职责 1. 战略规划与执行:深入分析食品行业O2O市场趋势、竞争格局及消费者需求,结合公司整体战略,制定全面、可行的O2O业务战略规划与年度发展目标,并将其拆解为具体可落地的执行方案,确保战略有效推进与目标达成。 2. 业务运营管理:统筹O2O全渠道业务运营,包括但不限于外卖平台(美团、饿了么等)、生鲜电商平台、品牌官方线上小程序及线下门店数字化运营。优化线上线下业务流程,提升用户购物体验,实现订单处理、库存管理、物流配送等环节的高效协同,提高运营效率与服务质量。 3. 用户增长与留存:主导O2O用户运营策略,通过精细化用户分层与精准营销,策划并执行多样化的拉新、促活、留存活动,提升用户活跃度与复购率。搭建用户数据分析体系,挖掘用户需求与行为特征,为产品优化、营销活动及服务升级提供数据支持。 4. 营销与推广:制定O2O业务整合营销方案,结合线上线下资源,策划品牌推广、促销活动及跨界合作项目,提升品牌在O2O渠道的曝光度与影响力,吸引新用户,增强老用户粘性。与新媒体、社交媒体、网红达人等合作,打造爆款营销事件,扩大品牌传播声量。 5. 合作伙伴关系管理:维护与外卖平台、电商平台、物流企业等合作伙伴的良好关系,争取优质资源与政策支持,拓展合作领域与深度。同时,与公司内部各部门(如产品研发、市场、供应链、财务等)密切协作,确保O2O业务与公司整体业务的协同发展。 6. 团队建设与管理:组建、培养和管理高效的O2O业务团队,明确团队成员职责与分工,制定绩效考核标准,定期进行绩效评估与反馈,激励团队成员成长。营造积极向上的团队文化,提升团队凝聚力与战斗力。 任职要求: 1. 教育背景:本科及以上学历 2. 工作经验:5年以上O2O相关工作经验,有食品行业O2O业务管理经验有限,有平台方经验优先。有成功带领团队实现业务增长的案例。熟悉外卖平台、生鲜电商等主流O2O渠道的运营规则与玩法。 3. 专业能力:具备敏锐的市场洞察力和数据分析能力,能够快速捕捉市场变化与用户需求,通过数据驱动业务决策;精通O2O全链路运营,熟悉线上线下营销推广策略、用户运营、供应链管理等环节;具备出色的项目管理能力,能够高效推动跨部门协作与项目落地。 4. 综合素质:具备优秀的领导能力、沟通协调能力和团队管理能力,能够有效激励团队达成目标;具备创新意识和创业精神,敢于尝试新的业务模式与营销玩法;工作积极主动,责任心强,能承受较大的工作压力,适应快节奏的工作环境。 **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position:** **What extra ingredients you will bring:** **Education / Certifications:** **Job specific requirements:** **Travel requirements:** **Work schedule:** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International entered the China market in 1984.
