We are looking for an O2C Analyst – Credit Notes & Refunds on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join our Global Finance organisation, within a transforming Order to Cash (O2C) environment.

Beyond the execution of Credit Notes and Refunds activities across Southern Europe, this role contributes sustainably to financial performance, operational reliability, continuous process improvement and customer experience, within an international EMEA finance setup.

You will be part of the Order to Cash (O2C) team and operate in close interaction with regional and international stakeholders across Finance, Sales and Customer Operations.

Role Purpose & Objective

The objective of this role is to secure sustainable execution, improve process maturity and enhance transparency across the Credit Notes & Refunds perimeter, while supporting ongoing O2C transformation and improvement initiatives.
