A leading New York law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate (4+ years of experience) to join its highly regarded, Chambers-ranked real estate group. This role is for a true "dirt law" attorney and will focus on leasing, conveyancing, design, construction, and development. Commercial leasing will be a major component of the practice, so meaningful hands‑on leasing experience is essential. This is not a real estate finance position.

The team represents some of the most prominent nonprofits in the country, including hospitals, universities, and cultural institutions, as well as a privately held, multigenerational real estate company with a significant portfolio of premier commercial and residential properties across New York City.
