Sodexo has an opening for a Nutrition/Menu Services Manager. The successful candidate will manage the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredient, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, ingredient specification, nutritional components & pricing.
This is a remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere within the U.S.
What You'll DoKey responsibilities include the following:
Manage the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredient, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, ingredient specification, nutritional components, pricing.Ensure continuity and accuracy of data entry to meet operational, nutritional, and regulatory requirements, as well as compliance with USDA and FDA guidelines by auditing of data within the system through report analysis.Project Management, including initiation, planning, collaboration with culinary, supply and IT. Documentation of processes, time management and managing multiple priorities.Administrative duties include required training, internal communication, personal goal attainment, and internal knowledge sharing What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
