Sodexo has an opening for a Nutrition/Menu Services Manager. The successful candidate will manage the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredient, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, ingredient specification, nutritional components & pricing. 

This is a remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere within the U.S.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include the following:

Manage the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredient, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, ingredient specification, nutritional components, pricing.Ensure continuity and accuracy of data entry to meet operational, nutritional, and regulatory requirements, as well as compliance with USDA and FDA guidelines by auditing of data within the system through report analysis.Project Management, including initiation, planning, collaboration with culinary, supply and IT. Documentation of processes, time management and managing multiple priorities.Administrative duties include required training, internal communication, personal goal attainment, and internal knowledge sharing What We Offer

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in operations and automated food systems
