Job Description

Looking for a Nutrition Chemist with strong background in GCMS, LECO, UV-Vis and Grava, Metric Analysis! Ideally from Nutrition Chemist setting, or 3+ years of relevant experience.

Essential Skills

GC-MS experience would be beneficialLECO experience would be beneficial (protein analysis)A strong working knowledge of wet chemistry (titrations, etc.)Experience in Grava-metric analysis (analysis by weighing stuff – moisture would be a good example of that)UV-Vis Experience (Absorbance equation)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Good observational skillsAttention to detailOrganizational skillsGood writing skills (as they head into SOPs) – technical writing skillsGood math skills

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced analytical laboratory environment, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Join a team of six chemists, reporting to the Lab Manager. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56000.00/yr.
