Job Title: Nutrition Chemist Job Description Looking for a Nutrition Chemist with strong background in GCMS, LECO, UV-Vis and Grava, Metric Analysis! Ideally from Nutrition Chemist setting, or 3+ years of relevant experience. Essential Skills + GC-MS experience would be beneficial + LECO experience would be beneficial (protein analysis) + A strong working knowledge of wet chemistry (titrations, etc.) + Experience in Grava-metric analysis (analysis by weighing stuff – moisture would be a good example of that) + UV-Vis Experience (Absorbance equation) Additional Skills & Qualifications + Good observational skills + Attention to detail + Organizational skills + Good writing skills (as they head into SOPs) – technical writing skills + Good math skills Work Environment Work in a fast-paced analytical laboratory environment, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
