Position Overview:\n
Perform animal mortality, manure, and water system operational tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Complete schedule projects to timeline and quality standards of company. Effectively work with production and maintenance staff to maximize quality of work and productivity of departments.\n

What You Will Do:\n\nDaily pick up and removal of animal mortalities according to biosecurity protocols.
\nDaily operation of the mortality disposal system\n\nMortality incinerator, or \nCreate and turn mortality compost windrows and dispose of completed material
\n\nComplete required animal mortality system monitoring forms.\n\n\nComplete required manure system monitoring forms, monitor manure storage levels and lift stage operations, and operate manure separator
\nRemove manure solids from manure separator and deliver to the fields.\n\n\nOperate wheel loader, tractor, skid-steer, manure application equipment (liquid and solid), and other equipment as needed with accuracy.
\nCleaning of equipment including but not limited to power washing\n\n\nMonitor water system operations\n\n\nRepair equipment specific to CFF and its producers\n\n
Secondary functions:\n\nPerform scheduled repairs to company quality and cost standards.
\nProvide service and labor for farm group
\nExecute maintenance procedures on animal mortality system (wheel loaders, tractors, skid-steer, trailers, incinerator, etc) and manure systems\n\n\nMaintain and properly store equipment not in use.
\nSite care: Landscape maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing\n\n

Specialized or Motorized Equipment and\/or Tools:\n
This position will require operating a company vehicle, or mileage reimbursement. Any employment offer for this position is contingent upon the review of your motor vehicle record (MVR). The MVR will be reviewed to determine insurability based on CFF's insurance carrier and company policy.\n
