### Job Duties Summary: The CNA provides direct care to residents in a long-term care setting, supporting their daily living needs and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Take and record vital signs, observe changes in resident condition, and report concerns to the nursing team. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Support residents’ social and emotional well-being through companionship and engagement. Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies.
