MAJOR FUNCTION: 

Position Responsibilities

Includes but is not limited to

Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with benign and malignant breast conditionsManage patients across the continuum of care, including diagnosis, treatment, and survivorshipPerform pre-operative evaluations and provide patient education and counselingConduct in-office procedures, including incision and drainage (I&D) and breast aspirationScreen high-risk patients and facilitate genetic testing and counseling referralsCounsel patients on breast cancer risk reduction strategies and chemoprevention optionsCoordinate referrals to supportive services, including lymphedema therapy and physical therapyCollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Position Experience Required

Prefer experience in surgical oncology or breast surgery 

 Position Qualifications (details here or list below)

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ

- Active NJ CDS and DEA license

- BLS certification
