Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) works onsite at our Outpatient Care Clinic located at 2650 Beach Blvd, Suite 40, Biloxi, MS 39531. You will work within a collaborative, team‑based care model focused on value‑based, high‑quality care for seniors. Our multidisciplinary team—including physicians, APPs, PharmD, care coaches, MAs, behavioral health specialists, and more—provides coordinated support backed by strong analytics and community partnerships. This model allows our NPs to see fewer patients, spend more time with each one, and deliver a concierge‑level care experience. **Use your skills to make an impact** **What We're Looking For** **Required** + Master's in Nursing or completion of a certified PA program. + Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience with value‑based, team‑based care models. + Basic computer skills (EMR, email). + You will be reporting to the Associate Medical Director and Physician Lead **Preferred** + Background in value‑based care, primary care, or Medicare Advantage. + Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers (or ability to obtain). + Familiarity with HEDIS indicators and Medicare guidelines. **Compensation & Benefits** + Competitive salary and annual bonus + Day‑1 health insurance + 401(k) with employer match + CME allowance and dedicated CME time + Occurrence‑based malpractice coverage + Life and disability insurance + Generous PTO and holidays + Minimal call **\#LI-KD2** **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
