Providence St. Mary Medical Center - California is seeking a dedicated full-time Cardiothoracic Surgery nurse practitioner to become an integral part of its expanding Cardiothoracic program. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Cardiothoracic and general OR surgeons. You'll care for a diverse patient population, focusing on advanced cardiothoracic cases and collaborating with the Cath lab. Join this close-knit group of caregivers in beautiful, sunny Apple Valley, California. * Full-time position; Monday to Friday schedule * Requires an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) * Requires RNFA Certification or in addition, will assist in covering the cost for RNFA certification and apply a bonus upon completion of the certification and training * New graduates are welcome to apply * Compensation is between $153,274 and $200,370 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
