A reputable North Houston Testosterone and Weight Loss practice is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative medical team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, professional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient satisfaction and confidentiality.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with the Medical Director Provide patient education regarding care plans, medications, and health management strategiesMaintain accurate and detailed medical documentation within the EMR systemContribute to a collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality care and positive outcomesQualifications and Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of TRT and Weight Loss experience Active Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. The range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
