Overview We are seeking an Intensive Care Unit RN Manager , sometimes referred to as an Intensive Care Nurse Manager or ICU RN Manager. The ICU RN Manager conducts team huddles to communicate updates and align the team on daily priorities. ICU RN Managers oversee patient care plans and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to address complex cases. Throughout the day, the ICU RN Manager engages in problem-solving, addresses staff concerns, and provides mentorship to the ICU nursing team.
