Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

 

This managerial leadership position within the organization assumes 24 hour accountability and will have direct oversight for the Ambulatory Procedure Center (Endoscopy, ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound) and will be responsible for oversight of Nursing Practice within the Interventional Radiology Department.  The ideal candidate works within the framework of a decentralized system and ensures that the unit(s) provides quality services and outcomes to customers. 

Required:

Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing required with Current Massachusetts RN licensure.  BS degree in Nursing or equivalent required. CGRN certification strongly preferred.  Minimum of three years staff experience, with at least two years of endoscopy experience. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate progressive managerial experience with particular skill and experience in managing/understanding the unique qualities of an outpatient procedural area.  The Ambulatory Procedure Center (APC) is a dynamic, fast paced procedural center and the only center in the Merrimack Valley to offer the diagnostic advantages and treatment alternatives of Endoscopic Ultrasound.  The manager will help lead the department through additional growth, service line development and optimization.  In addition, the manager will participate in the development and implementation of the philosophy, goals and standards of the division of nursing services and with hospital policies and contractual agreements in managing personnel.  Prepares unit(s) budget annually, with emphasis on projected patient volume, acuity and available resources.   This candidate will be a key member of the Surgical Services leadership team.  This position reports to the Director of Surgery.
