Nurse Extern opportunity St. Luke's South Shore for Spring, Summer, and Winter 2026 grads.
 

Start as a nurse extern and have the opportunity to transition to a nursing position post graduation. Start your nursing career as a Newly Licensed RN with the same team you had the opportunity to work during your externship. This will make your transition an easier one with less ambiguities.

Where You Will Work:

8 bed Observation unit

We’re Looking For:

Currently enrolled in an accredited or approved program in Nursing.successful completion of Med/Surg 1 and pharmacologyUnofficial transcript required at time of offer.

What You’ll Do:

Support patient care under RN supervision by assisting with daily activities, vital signs, and medication administration while gaining hands-on clinical experience.Build foundational nursing skills through collaboration, observation, and participation in care planning, emergency response, and team communication.

Med Surg and pharmacology courses completedUnofficial transcript required
