Fairview Range is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our high-performing Surgical Services team in Hibbing, Minnesota. 4 operating rooms
17 Same Day Surgery cubicles

Dedicated Pre-Anesthesia Testing unit working closely with anesthesia and peri-op teams
Patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics
Position Highlights
Deliver anesthesia care for surgical procedures across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settingsProvide anesthesia services for obstetrics and vascular access (no PICC line responsibility)Coordinate and manage anesthesia plans, including airway management and IV therapy, across all patient populationsServe as a hospital-wide anesthesia and life-support resource as neededPractice in a collaborative environment with surgeons, anesthetists, peri-op RNs, and a dedicated Pre-Anesthesia Testing teamRequired Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
Current Minnesota RN and APRN licensure
NBCRNA certification or eligibility
ACLS and PALS within 180 days of hire
Central line and nerve block skills preferred (not required at hire)
