Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer will support the Senior Project Engineer by preparing design changes for FAA parts and assisting in the development of the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing design changes for FAA parts.Support the development of the manufacturing process.Work collaboratively with the engineering team to redesign and reverse engineer legacy parts.Troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing issues.Contribute to project design and execution.Essential Skills
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Design, and Project work.Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.Strong understanding of Aerospace Manufacturing processes.Ability to identify non-conformances in design.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in CAD design, Aerospace Engineering, and 3D modeling.Experience in reverse engineering and redesign of legacy parts.Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Glastonbury, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
