🔧General Small Part Assembler

🛠️What You’ll Do🔩 Assemble small components using hand tools (screwdrivers, tweezers, wrenches).🏷️ Print and apply manual labels with accuracy.🧩 Prep and place components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).✅ Perform hands-on testing of electronic parts for quality and reliability.📦 Pack and prepare final products for shipment.🎯 Tape and mask PCBs for coating processes.🔍 Inspect component leads to meet IPC workmanship standards.🧠 Follow verbal and written instructions to stuff and solder components into PCBs.🔎 Conduct quality checks at every stage to ensure top-tier results.🧪 Support testing and assembly in a contract manufacturing environment.📋 Stock assembly lines and complete pre-assembly tasks.📚 Collate, label, and package materials and samples with precision.💡What You Bring🛠️ Skilled with hand tools and measuring devices.📘 Able to read and follow detailed instructions.⚙️ Familiar with mechanical/electromechanical assemblies.🔧 Soldering experience? That’s a big plus!💪 Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.✋ Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail.🤝 Team player with flexibility for overtime.🎓Your BackgroundHigh School Diploma or equivalent.1+ year of experience in assembly or manufacturing.Strong English communication skills.Comfortable working with tiny components in tight spaces.🏭Work EnvironmentFast-paced electronic manufacturing floor.PPE required at designated stations (lab coat, gloves, eyewear, etc.).Focused, hands-on, and safety-first atmosphere.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
