Responsibilities + Conduct quality tests on magnet wire for compliance with specifications, design proposals, R&D, and product performance. + Complete testing on QA and experimental runs, action requests, and sample orders. + Assist in preparing magnet wire enamels, thinners, lubricants, and other materials. + Inspect and analyze raw materials and chemical products to ensure adherence to specifications. + Perform complex tests requiring meticulous attention to detail. + Use detailed instructions to perform testing, enter data, and prepare reports or charts. + Operate chemical testing equipment and measuring instruments. + Assist technicians, engineers, and management in problem-solving and corrective actions. + Utilize computer programs and quality systems, contributing significantly to the quality management system. + Follow procedures and guidelines to achieve quality, safety, and production goals. + Maintain accurate records and data for company reports. + Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers to maintain positive working relationships. Essential SkilOur Client + High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in scientific field preferred. + 1+ years of GMP experience. + 1+ years of experience in quality control lab technician roles. + Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques. + Ability to work a 3rd shift, 12-hour schedule. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong working knowledge of computers. + Understanding of Quality Systems (ISO/QS/TS). + High attention to detail, organizational skills, and above-average mechanical skills. + Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
