**Now Hiring: Case Picker – 2nd Shift** **Location: San Bernardino, Ca.** **Shift:** 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $19.50/hour **Schedule:** Full-time **Start Date:** ASAP **Interviews:** Phone interviews required **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and reliable **Case Picker** to join our 2nd shift warehouse operations team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for candidates who thrive in a physically demanding, metrics-driven environment. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing product orders using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), handheld scanner, and pick tickets to fulfill daily orders in a safe and timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate an **Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)** to pick and move cases throughout the warehouse + Read and interpret **pick tickets, labels, and RF handheld scanners** to accurately locate and pick products + Follow all **safety protocols and SOPs** + Lift, move, and transport product loads (up to 50+ lbs) throughout the shift + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors + Work in varying temperatures – **hot in summer, cold in winter** **Must-Haves on Your Resume:** 1. **Minimum of 2 years of recent EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience** – **Required** 2. Proven **case picking experience** with high accuracy and productivity 3. Ability to read and follow **pick tickets, labels** , and operate **handheld scanners / RF devices** 4. Ability to work in a **physically demanding** environment and lift heavy cases 5.
