**Job Title: Shipping Lead** Job Description Coordinate transportation providers to ensure the prompt and proper movement of shipments. Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels. Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Make special shipping arrangements as necessary. Track and fix shipping errors. Prepare domestic and international documentation, including commodity descriptions and HTS numbers. Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards. Help create processes that make the supply chain more efficient through effective communication, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication.
