North America B2B Demand Generation Strategy Manager

CTG is seeking a strategic B2B Demand Generation leader to drive digital campaigns that fuel pipeline and revenue for our client’s North America Commercial Marketing team.
**Location:** Morrisville, NC (Hybrid Remote)
**Duration:** 12+ months, with possibility for extension
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Lead demand generation strategy across paid media, ABM, content syndication, and other digital programs.
+ Align campaign planning, targeting, messaging, and execution with business goals.
+ Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and improve lead quality and conversion.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver measurable impact.
+ Evaluate third-party vendors and implement test-and-learn initiatives to maximize ROI.
**What You Bring:**
+ 5+ years in B2B digital marketing with focus on demand generation strategy.
+ Strong grasp of lead funnels, ABM, and digital media metrics.
+ Experience with Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or Salesforce preferred.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
