Our client, a non-profit organization, is urgently seeking a temporary Contract Recruiter to support their team for 3-6 months!

About the Job:

Attracts candidates through various channels: recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and job fairs.Evaluates candidates by developing job advertisements and screening resumes/applications.Refers suitable candidates by contacting them to ascertain fit and scheduling interviews.Extends offers to selected candidates and negotiates compensation packages.Initiates onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.Ensures efficient and effective filling of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.

About You:

5+ years of strong recruiting experience are required.Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is required; UKG experience is highly preferred.Experience supporting a mission-driven or nonprofit organization is a plus!

About the Position:

Pays $28/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.Temporary for 3-6 months, starting ASAP!Washington, DC.
