Job Title: Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Technician – OCONUS (Saudi Arabia)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Technician to join our team in an OCONUS location in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of nondestructive inspection techniques to detect and evaluate defects in aircraft structures and components, primarily on the F-15 airframe.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform X-Ray Inspection and accurately locate and identify defectsConduct Dye Penetrant Inspection and identify surface discontinuitiesExecute Eddy Current Inspection to detect surface and near-surface flawsPerform Ultrasonic Inspection for internal defect detectionConduct Magnetic Particle Inspection to identify surface and slightly subsurface discontinuitiesCarry out Spectrometric Oil Analysis to monitor engine health and detect wearOperate and maintain Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and Non-Powered AGE EquipmentDocument maintenance records and maintain historical data files as requiredResearch, order, and receive parts and materialsProvide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to assigned trainees as neededUtilize applicable test equipment in accordance with technical standards

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

7-skill level on F-15 airframeStrong knowledge of OJT training procedures and documentationProficient in interpreting Technical Orders, Maintenance Manuals, and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs)In-depth understanding of X-Ray, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic, and Eddy Current inspection methods and proceduresFamiliarity with X-Ray exposure limits and safety protocolsKnowledge of Spectrometric Oil Analysis policies and procedures

Work Environment:

This position is located in Saudi Arabia and requires the ability to work in an OCONUS environment. Candidates must be adaptable, culturally aware, and capable of working in a team-oriented, mission-driven setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $104712.00 - $104712.00/yr.

30 sick days, 12 holidays and $400 per month food and travel allowance

This is a fully onsite position in Irvine,CA.
