Job Title: Recruiter IIIJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter III who excels in recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The role involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The successful candidate will be familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected as you may lead and direct the work of others.

ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, and check references for candidates.Make offers and conduct orientation for new employees.Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.Plan and accomplish recruitment goals using extensive experience and judgment.Lead and direct the work of others as required.Essential SkillsHigh volume recruiting experience.Experience with candidate offers and negotiations.Very professional communication and business writing skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with a major online retailer is a plus.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Experience in sourcing candidates.Bias for action and ability to deliver results.Bachelor's degree required.Work Environment

This role involves high volume non-technical recruiting, with an expectation of achieving 23 offers accepted each month. The position typically operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no expected overtime, weekend, or holiday work unless otherwise needed. Recruiters can work from either of our SEA104 or SEA23 offices. The team culture is fast-paced, high velocity, and focused on delivering excellent recruitment services for engineering and safety roles. The work environment is collaborative, with opportunities for creative problem-solving and leadership.

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
