Non-Structural Welder Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Perform precise non-structural welding to create custom lighting fixtures and metal furnishings.Interpret design plans and specifications to fabricate unique, high-quality pieces.Assemble, finish, and inspect metal components to ensure craftsmanship standards.Collaborate with team to meet project timelines and maintain workspace organization.Maintain tools, equipment, and safety protocols for a productive work environment.

Non-Structural Welder Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Proven experience in non-structural welding or metal fabrication.Ability to pass an on-site weld test.Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in finishing metal products. Must pass a basic skills assessment or practical welding test.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
