NOC Service Delivery Analyst

**What's The Role**
The NOC supports a wide variety of technology and systems that are critical to the day-to-day operations and delivery of customer services. The incumbent will be expected to have intermediate to expert knowledge in the areas of Telecommunications and IT Application and HW technologies. The officer is required to support the NOC function and ensure that all NOC process, procedures and onboarding requirements are identified during a project or initiative scoping and adhered during deployment. The officer is also expected to work with the various vendors and internal support teams to establish a seamless support framework and proper organizational reporting and actions that drive efficiencies in the NOC service delivery to LLA stakeholders.
**What You'll Do**
+ Provide analytical and Technical support for all incidents from Tier 1 Team and or CSC team as needed.
+ Updates tickets, RFO’s and other documentation when working on such issues/events/outages.
+ Provide support for all infrastructure changes and migrations.
+ Escalate to Vendors as necessary, work with vendors and other teams to resolve issues within SLA.
+ Schedules Pro-active Maintenance on the equipment as directed by Tier 2 team
+ Participate in capacity planning and performance management of the network infrastructure
+ Document network problems and resolutions as part of Knowledgebase Development
+ Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
+ Participate in projects that may entail network changes.
+ Work with the Technology team for implementation of new technologies for knowledge transfer.
+ Provide leadership and mentor Tier1 team.
+ Provide reports weekly, monthly and as required by Management.
+ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Director, Manager or Supervisor.
+ Work with Network Ops teams in country for both Proactive and Reactive operations.
+ Maintain regular usage and performance statistics to manage both the team and the networks for high performance and availability.
+ Provide periodic reports to management team for decision making and analysis.
+ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Manager, Director or Vice President
**Knowledge & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education to be determined by hiring manageKnowledge & Experience: (Wilvary for Junior of Senior Analyst)
+ 2-3+ Years of technical experience working in a networking environment, IP, Transmission, Broadband, Mobile and Video networks.
+ Network + CCNA Certification
+ JNCIA Certification
+ ITIL Certification (an asset)
+ SIP Certification (an asset)
+ Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
