**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing a variety of shipping and receiving duties, ensuring the accurate stocking of shelves, sorting packages, and organizing items within the warehouse. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy by scanning, labeling, and marking items using RF scanners. **Responsibilities** + Perform shipping and receiving duties. + Stock shelves and sort packages. + Organize items within the warehouse. + Scan, label, and mark inventory accurately. + Operate manual pallet jacks for material handling. + Pick and pack orders efficiently. + Utilize RF scan guns for inventory management. **Essential Skills** + General labor and warehouse experience. + Proficiency in shipping, stocking, and manual pallet jack operation. + Ability to effectively use RF scanners and scanning devices. + Skill in inventory management and handling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Warehouse experience preferred. + Capability to learn and operate CROWN trucks upon permanent hire. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a pay increase once you become a permanent employee. Temperature conditions vary with the seasons, being heated in winter and quite hot in summer, with fans and water coolers available. Dress in light, breathable layers, and wear sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes; open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are not permitted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
