Responsibilities: * Assist in Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) and provide support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to enhance the quality of life. * Light housekeeping to maintain a healthy and safe living environment. * Social interaction with clients to foster companionship, promote social and mental health, and contribute to overall well-being. * Plan and prepare meals to encourage nutrition and appetite. * Provide reminders for medication. * Drive client for local errands, appointments, and social activities. Job Requirements * NJ CHHA License in good standing with NJ. * Health Info: Evidence of MMR vaccine & negative TB (single step PPD or chest x-ray). * Ability to pass a background check. * Authorized to work in the US (agency uses E-Verify). * Driver’s License. Experienced Driver. No accidents or moving violations in 3 years. * Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
