**Job Title: Nights 2-2-3 Operator** **Job Description** The Nights 2-2-3 Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient and safe machine operation to produce high-quality products. This role involves inspecting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, completing paperwork and data entry, assisting in the packaging area, and cross-training on other machine operation duties. Regular communication with other operators, quality technicians, and the area supervisor is essential to ensure the process runs smoothly. **Responsibilities** + Operate state-of-the-art equipment that processes and packages beverages in cans and bottles. + Collaborate with others to produce quality products that meet customer needs. + Troubleshoot equipment and work with others to eliminate inefficiencies in the manufacturing process. + Change over and adjust equipment between production runs. + Accurately create and consume inventory in an inventory management system. + Operate a forklift or pallet jack to move pallets of raw material. + Perform sanitation tasks for the plant and equipment. + Assist with quality checks on products. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Attend production meetings. + Complete necessary paperwork. + Troubleshoot and communicate issues with the process or equipment. + Utilize computer skills to work in ERP systems and other necessary programs. + Assist in other parts of the facility as needed. + Follow food safety and regulatory policies and procedures. + Report food safety or regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of machine operating experience in a production environment. + Ability to frequently lift up to 60 lbs. + Troubleshooting skills. + Experience in high-speed production and preventative maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior food production experience preferred but not required. + Experience in general labor, mixing, production, food handling, batching, calipers, assembly, inspection. + Proficiency with hand and power tools, forklift operation, and computer skills including programming. **Work Environment** The facility is a state-of-the-art facility built in 2018, featuring virtually brand-new machines, forklifts, and conveyors. The environment is well-lit and meticulously clean, providing a bright and inviting atmosphere. The shift operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm to 6am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $47236.00 - $47236.00/yr.
