**Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor** **Job Description** The production supervisor role is responsible for scheduling and organizing the production process, monitoring production quality and efficiencies, and resolving product issues through troubleshooting machines or personnel. The supervisor will manage a team, oversee production levels, and occasionally work on production lines with the team.
