This position involves cross-training on two main production lines for assembling doors. You will be responsible for specific tasks such as screwing holes, adding hardware packs to boxes, labeling, and sealing boxes. Training will be provided on the job to ensure you are well-prepared for these duties.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble doors on production lines for both standardized and custom models.Perform specific tasks including screwing holes, adding hardware packs, labeling, and sealing boxes.Stand for 8+ hours daily and lift at least 50 pounds independently.
Essential SkillsAbility to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.Proficient with fine motor skills and repetitive hand and wrist movements.
Additional Skills & QualificationsEntry-level position; no prior experience required.Familiarity with hand tools and general production or manufacturing processes is beneficial.

Work Environment
The work environment is a large, clean, and spacious facility designed for ergonomic comfort. Workstations include floor mats for comfortable standing and equipment is within easy reach. The facility runs on a 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and a 3rd shift from 7:20 PM to 5:50 AM, with a 9% shift differential for the night shift. Trainers provide ongoing feedback and adapt roles to best suit individual talents.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.30 - $18.86/hr.
