Night Shift Manufacturing Production Worker

Job Description

We specialize in manufacturing custom aluminum extrusions, focusing on lightweight, tight tolerance, complex, precision aluminum profiles. As a Night Saw Operator, you will receive training to operate saws, following diagrams and purchase orders to cut materials to specified lengths as per customer requirements.

Shift TimingWill be working a continental night shift - hours from 5:55pm to 6:10am.Continental shifts – different days of the week based on 2-week schedule. Week 1 - 2 On, 2 Off, 3 On. Week 2 - 2 Off, 2 On, 3 Off

Work Environment

The work takes place in a loud manufacturing facility with strong oil smells and burning metal fumes from extrusion processes. Temperatures can rise during summer months. Each shift consists of approximately 40 people, including forklift operators, saw operators, press operators, a shift supervisor, and a shift manager. The 12-hour continental shifts do not rotate, with schedules including: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, and alternating weekends. Operators will work one weekend every other week, with full weekends off on alternating weeks. This schedule includes 4 hours of overtime every 2 weeks.

The pay range for this position is $19.89 - $19.89/hr.
