**Job Title: Night Shift Inventory Specialist** Job Description Join our team as a Night Shift Inventory Specialist where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities + Conduct manual floor audits to ensure inventory accuracy. + Validate scanner data against physical inventory and follow procedures for discrepancies. + Relocate missing items to the designated loss areas. + Adapt to shifting priorities and respond to urgent inventory issues promptly. + Maintain consistent and reliable inventory records. Essential Skills + Experience in warehouse or production environments. + Proven inventory management experience. + Consistent work history. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in warehouse inventory management, including cycle counts and audits. + Skills in general labor, shipping and receiving, picking, order selection, packing, and material handling. + Experience with RF scanners and forklift operation. Work Environment This position operates during the night shift from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
