Responsibilities:

Guiding the Front Office team and inspiring your teammates in their tasks

Roll Out the Red Carpet: Elevate the experience for our VIP and long-stay Guests with top-notch service

Mastering protocols and perfecting precision in every data task

Swiftly addressing guest inquiries and special requests with tailored solutions

Expertly navigating Hotel Amenities and services, and always delivering above and beyond

 

 

 

About You:

Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)

Have a degree, diploma, or formal certification in Hotel Management or equivalent

A previous Night Manager or Duty Manager experience in a hotel

Have an Approved Manager License

Aquatic Rescue (or willing to obtain)

Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Strong English writing, reading and speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual

Tech-Savvy Precision and Confidentiality: Mastering technology with a keen eye for detail and data security
