What will you be doing?

Operate, monitor and maintain the performance of HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps and related equipment. Supervise and lead engineering staff. Contractor & Project Management 

What do you bring?

Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in building systems and plant operations with 2 years at the management level.  3rd class Stationary Engineers license for the District of Columbia CFC Universal Certification  Proven experience with Building Automation System Familiarity with computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS)
