Job Description

Perform nightly cleaning and disinfecting of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas Clean and restock supplies in restrooms and staff areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash across the campus Lock and secure buildings at the end of each shift Support after-hours school events (occasionally on weekends) Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor Follow all custodial procedures and safety standards Collaborate with team members to complete all cleaning responsibilities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous custodial, janitorial, or general maintenance experience Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move for 8-hour shifts Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and as part of a cleaning team Flexibility to work occasional overtime for school functions or events
