Provides leadership to unit level councils and teams to manage the development and implementation of interventions to implement practices that improve the safety and care of the patients and communities we serve. Oversight, trending, and reporting of quality and safety data. Uses the data to develop and implement innovations in patient and family centered care. **Responsibilities** + Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. + Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets.
